Jordan serves on both the Executive Management Committee and the Investment Committee of Western America and directs all activities associated with property acquisitions and relationships with property sellers and their brokers. Bret brings more than 15 years of commercial real estate experience, with expertise in investment sales, acquisitions and leasing services assignments. Mr. Jordan has represented Hines Interests, Wright Runstad, Touchstone and Cosmos International, among many others. He is also a Principal of Raskin Partners, a full-service commercial real estate brokerage firm, and Managing Member of Iron Mountain Equities, LLC, an investment management firm. Previously, he was a Vice President at Colliers International where he was employed for 10 years.
Jordan received a Bachelor of Science degree in Communications from the University of Oregon in 1990, and later received education in real estate land use, regulatory planning, real estate finance, development and brokerage. He has a lifetime background in commercial office construction working in Oregon, Washington and Alaska. Additionally, he has completed the coursework for the CCIM designation. He holds a real estate license in the State of Washington and acts as an agent of Raskin Partners.
Bret is a member of the Board of Trustees for the National Multiple Sclerosis Society and Chairman of the Planning Commission for the City of Medina, Washington.
